You simply need to register, choose a user group Freelancer or Employer. After submitting your registration you will receive an email with a link, click on the link or copy and paste it in the URL locator of your browser to activate your account.
Next login and start posting your services or projects.
As an Employer / Buyer:
BUYING SERVICES: You must deposit funds in your account before you can buy a listed service or when paying a freelancer for a project. When you place an order, your account is debited and the money is placed into escrow. You will release the funds when the freelancer finished the work.
POST PROJECT: Your projects will receive bids from freelancers who meet the skills and requirements to work on your project. You can also invite freelance service providers to bid on the project. You will select or pick freelancers (users) from the bids.
Freelancers will choose to accept or reject your project. When your project is accepted by the Freelancer, then you must submit payment for that project: Office=>Make Payment.
Your submitted funds will be on hold in the escrow account (Finance=> Manage Payments=> Outgoing Escrow), you must release this fund when you are satisfied with the work and finally, rate the user.
You will publish your services and bid on projects for which you have the skills and intend to complete. Keep good communication, update the status of the work you are doing as frequently as you can, and communicate with your employer. Payments for your work and services will stay on hold until your employer releases the funds. You must accept the payment in (Finance=>Manage Payments=>Incoming Escrow)
Note: Communication on both sides builds a good relationship and trust. It is proven that trust brings more business for everyone and yes business is good when we all are happy.
